On June 20, 2024, Mistick Construction celebrated the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Cornerstone Village Phases III and IV in Larimer/East Liberty. This milestone marks the completion of a significant redevelopment effort aimed at transforming the community.
A huge congratulations to the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP), HUD, the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA), the Larimer Consensus Group, and all our local, state, and federal partners for making this $401 million certified Green Enterprise Communities development a reality. Special thanks also to McCormack Baron Salazar for their role as the developer and Tai + Lee Architects for their innovative design work.
This incredible project includes 334 new housing units, three beautiful parks, and the historic redevelopment of the former Larimer School. It’s a transformative step for our community, providing affordable housing and a vibrant, safe environment for families to thrive. Mistick is proud to have been the General Contractor for all five phases of this project, which encompasses over 300 housing units and significant neighborhood enhancements.
