Bob Mistick is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer at Mistick Construction. He has been building for nearly five decades, having started working for his father’s construction company as a young man. He served as President of Mistick for 30 years, and in that time, made an incredible impact on the City of Pittsburgh through social and physical integration of affordable housing and beyond. Currently, Bob provides senior leadership for the company while remaining actively involved in the oversight of preconstruction and construction delivery efforts of current projects.
Bob is a hands-on professional with extensive experience as a developer, builder, and manager. His dedication to community development has become a core aspect of Mistick's culture, embodying a passion that resonates throughout the organization.
Bud Wilson is President and Senior Project Executive at Mistick Construction. With an extensive four-decade tenure in the industry, Bud brings unparalleled expertise to the table. His career began in architecture, ultimately leading to his becoming a Registered Architect in 1996. Since then, he’s been instrumental in overseeing the construction of numerous corporate offices and commercial spaces across the Pittsburgh region.
Bud joined Mistick in 2003 as Senior Project Executive, bringing his strength for management of people and projects to the team. After successfully leading our expansion into the Cleveland market, he was tapped to serve as President of the company in 2016. Currently, Bud provides executive oversight for all project managers, office staff, and field employees while maintaining a high level of involvement in all Mistick’s work.

Jeff Caldwell is the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Estimator at Mistick Construction. He has been with Mistick Construction for 44 years having been originally hired as a Roofing Carpenter in 1980 during a series of major historic renovation projects in Pittsburgh’s North Side. Soon after, he was promoted to superintendent, specializing in roofing installations.
In 1987, Jeff began working in Mistick’s estimating department and his promotion to Senior Estimator coincided with Mistick’s growth.
Jeff has been very successful in the hard-bid setting of the industry and provides detailed line-item estimates during the design and development stage. Jeff stays current on the market, pricing trends and cost data. He consults and communicates with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors to prepare economic feasibility studies on changes and adjustments to cost estimates as well as coordinating the competitive bidding for our projects.
Sharon Rasich, Chief Financial Officer and Controller at Mistick Construction, brings 22 years of construction industry expertise to the company. With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and active CFMA membership, she is committed to staying ahead in the field.
Since 2006, Sharon has managed the financial landscape at Mistick, overseeing investments, bonding, taxes, and insurance. Her modernization of the accounting system has streamlined operations, ensuring efficiency in financial processes.All of Mistick’s staff has proven to be knowledgeable and forthright, able, and willing to offer valued opinions in the pursuit of meeting and exceeding expectations. Their contributions to each project from concept to completion add value to all levels of their involvement.
