Mistick Construction joined Presbyterian SeniorCare, Rothschild Doyno Collaborative, and other team members yesterday for the groundbreaking of Mosaic Apartments along Forbes Avenue in the Oakland neighborhood of Pittsburgh. This development is set to be the region's first LGBTQ+ senior living facility and will contain 48 units of affordable housing. The project has several different funding sources including LIHTC and is slated for completion in the fall of 2025. Stay tuned for more updates!
