Mistick is proud to announce the commencement of construction at Franciscan Village Annex in Cleveland, OH. This noteworthy endeavor involves the development of a multi-family structure comprising 63 mixed-income units dedicated to seniors. The project team includes Our Lady of Angels Apartments, Salus-Joyce Development LLC, and LSC Service Corp.  

Situated within the Kamm’s Corner neighborhood, Franciscan Annex extends the footprint of the existing Franciscan Village campus. The campus includes 176 subsidized units spread across three buildings & includes a community building for essential supportive services. 

Demand for affordable housing is very high on Cleveland’s west side which is underserved by non-subsidized LIHTC rental options. The Central City location boasts a high connectivity score and is proximate to a variety of amenities, while the campus itself features historic architecture and wooded surroundings from the neighboring Rocky River Reservation, making Franciscan Annex a unique and desirable place to age-in-place.
