With 123 new units completed and leasing underway, Phase II of Bedford Dwellings is on the horizon.
This Choice Neighborhoods Initiative will bring a total of 823 new homes to the Bedford Dwellings, Middle Hill, and Crawford-Roberts neighborhoods of Pittsburgh. The development will offer a mix of LIHTC and market-rate units, supporting a vibrant, inclusive community.
