North Side is the home to Mistick Construction & its founder, Bob Mistick. Having served as President of Mistick for 30 years, he set out to make a difference in his community. Now, in 2021, his vision has come to fruition with the completion of 307 units of affordable housing. 

Today, we are celebrating not just the development of more affordable housing in the North Side, but also providing opportunities for our neighbors to build wealth and investment in our neighborhoods,”  Mayor Bill Peduto says in a press release. “I’d like to thank Mistick Construction and our partners for working with the community on these projects and providing over 307 units — with each unit representing a family that gets to continue to build roots in the North Side for generations to come.
