North Side is the home to Mistick Construction & its founder, Bob Mistick. Having served as President of Mistick for 30 years, he set out to make a difference in his community. Now, in 2021, his vision has come to fruition with the completion of 307 units of affordable housing.

Mistick Construction recently celebrated the grand opening of Heritage Highlands, marking the successful completion of Hawkins Village Phase I redevelopment project in Rankin, PA.
Franciscan Village Annex Groundbreaking

Coming this fall, Mistick is set to begin construction of the Franciscan Village Annex—a 62-unit senior housing development. This project will be in collaboration with Salus Development & LDA Architects.
