Mistick will be partnering with TREK Development and WRT on a new mixed-income housing development in the Hill District of Pittsburgh. Bedford Dwellings will be completed in multiple phases. Phase IA marks the first and will include the reconstruction of a large hillside behind the future townhouse units to stabilize the site.

Construction will soon begin on a 46-unit multi-family complex, 12 townhouse units, and a triplex with one ADA unit on ground level and two townhouse type units above. This development will be a mix of affordable and market rate units, aiming to provide diverse housing options for residents.
