Cedarwood Homes, located on the site of former Fairywood School in the Fairywood neighborhood of Pittsburgh will consist of eleven quads and one duplex for a total of 46 units of mixed-income housing for seniors 62+. All units contain their own separate covered porch, full kitchen, and in-unit laundry. Across the way is a brand new community building that residents will have full access to. Mistick has begun turning over units & leasing is now open!
