This four-story structure comprises a 60-unit apartment building with a ground floor featuring a slab-on-grade foundation. The first floor is constructed with steel, deck, and concrete, while the subsequent floors (2, 3, and 4) utilize wood framing.
The exterior finishes showcase a mix of PVC panel siding, metal siding, and brick veneer, creating a diverse and visually appealing facade. The building is crowned with a sloped roof covered in asphalt shingles, contributing to both durability and aesthetic cohesion within the neighborhood redevelopment project.
