Phase I of the Hawkins Village redevelopment project began with the demolition of existing housing and extensive site preparation for the subsequent development of two phases of new housing. Within Phase I, 54 townhouse units spanning across 19 buildings, along with a community building, were constructed. The unit distribution comprised 6 one-bedroom, 12 three-bedroom, and 2 four-bedroom residences. Notable features include vinyl siding and CMU water table for exterior finishes, while interior highlights included LVP flooring and fully-equipped kitchens.
In Phase II, they built 51 townhouse units spread across 21 buildings. These units varied in size, with 4 having one bedroom, 33 having two bedrooms, 12 having three bedrooms, and 2 having four bedrooms. The exterior of the buildings is finished with vinyl siding and CMU water table. Inside, they used LVP for flooring and installed full-size kitchens.
