On Monday, Mistick Construction proudly participated in the "Stake in the Ground" Ceremony for Bedford Dwellings Phase I. This significant phase will introduce 123 mixed-use units to the community, including 90 replacement units for current residents. This effort is part of the multi-phase HUD Choice Neighborhoods Initiative aimed at revitalizing the historic Hill District.
The Reed-Roberts phase will consist of 24 townhomes, a 46-unit family building, and a 53-unit senior high-rise for residents aged 55 and older. Among these, 99 units will be designated as affordable housing, ensuring the project meets the diverse needs of the community.
The success of this initiative is made possible through the collaboration of key project partners, including TREK Development Group, Allies & Ross Management and Development Corporation (ARMDC), the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (HACP), the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA), and the Hill Community Development Corporation (Hill CDC).
Mistick is excited to collaborate with TREK Development and the talented architects at WRT on this important development. Together, we are dedicated to creating a brighter future for Pittsburgh and its residents!
