Groundbreaking at Ninety-Four Ten!
Last week, Mistick Construction proudly attended the groundbreaking of Ninety-Four Ten, a key redevelopment project located at 9410 Hough Avenue in Cleveland. This project will transform the long-vacant Kingsbury Apartments, originally built in 1973, into 116 units of workforce housing. Along with the housing, a new community center will offer essential services like job placement, education, and healthcare support, contributing to the revitalization of the Hough neighborhood.
This project represents more than just construction—it's about creating opportunities and hope for residents. We’re honored to partner with Northern Real Estate Urban Ventures L.L.C. and SLSCO LTD to make this vision a reality. It truly takes a village, and we’re proud to play a role in bringing new life to this community.
