Construction began in June of 2020 on the Encore on the Lake project in North Strabane Township, Pennsylvania. This new senior independent living community will consist of 36 one-bedroom and 44 two-bedroom independent living apartments. Mistick has teamed up with Presbyterian SeniorCare and Senior Housing Partners as well as Pope Associates to complete this project.
Renovations of 132 apartments and ground level 1st floor management space to begin in September 2020. Highpoint Towers is projected to be completed by December 2021. The project team consists of Beacon Communities, LGA Partners and Mistick Construction and is located in Erie, Pennsylvania.

Mistick has been working with Riverview Towers Preservation, LP and Rothschild Doyno Collaborative on the occupied rehabilitation of two apartment towers in Pittsburgh, PA. Tower 2 is nine-stories of 137 units and was completed in December of 2019. Tower 1 is currently under construction and includes seven-stories of single bedroom units and one double.
Mistick received the notice to proceed for the Mellon’s Orchard project on September 12th, 2019. They will be teaming up with TREK Development and PWWG Architects to construct 30 apartment flats and 12 one-bedroom townhomes with a mix of 47 apartments to include 25 one-bedroom apartments. Construction began in March of 2019 on the interior renovations of the historic, four-story Masonic Hall into 19 apartment units. Mistick is working with Q Development and PWWG Architects on this project.
Construction is underway in Greenburg, PA on the Odin View Apartments. The Westmoreland County Housing Authority (WCHA), PWWG Architects and Mistick Construction have teamed up to complete this three-story wood framed structure with masonry veneer and cement siding exterior.
