We specialize in wood frame multi-family housing and provide preconstruction and construction services across various markets, including commercial, residential, hospitality, health care, and student housing. Our projects typically range in size from $5 million to over $50 million.

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Vice President of Preconstruction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and implement our preconstruction process, including strategies, budgets, and schedules.
- Review and approve all preconstruction deliverables, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Partner with clients, architects, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the preconstruction process.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Lead presentations and proposals for new business opportunities.
- Participate in the negotiation and awarding of contracts, ensuring that all aspects are in line with company standards and client expectations.
- Negotiate contracts and scopes of work in collaboration with the legal and project teams.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, engineering, and/or architecture with a focus on multifamily residential construction - preferably also with tax credit housing.
- Strong knowledge of multifamily building systems, construction methods, and codes.
- Proven success in managing large-scale, complex multifamily projects through preconstruction phases.
- Proficiency in estimating software, scheduling tools, and construction management systems (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
