The Sandstone Quarry project (formerly Allegheny Dwellings) consists of 65 residential units, a mix of apartment buildings and townhomes, including 35 one-bedroom, 16 two-bedroom, and 14 three-bedroom units. Eight of these units are UFAS certified accessible to accommodate different mobility needs. The exteriors feature a mix of cement panel and horizontal siding, with some decorative stone.
Several buildings were demolished prior to the start of construction. Hazardous material was removal prior to demo and included the removal of asbestos from underground pipes between buildings.
