Franciscan Village Annex

Mistick Construction recently completed the Franciscan Village Annex, a four-story, 62-unit senior housing development in Cleveland, OH. As an expansion of an existing campus, the Annex connects to the neighboring building on each floor, allowing residents to access shared amenities. The one-bedroom apartments feature full kitchens, durable LVT flooring, and Pella fiberglass windows to match the existing structures. The project also included a new parking lot to accommodate residents.

This LIHTC-funded development adds much-needed affordable housing for seniors while seamlessly integrating with the larger community.
