  • Phase I
    • 124 mixed-income residential units in 16 buildings configured on a neighborhood scale on 5.44 acres
    • The community includes five distinct styles of architecture featuring masonry veneer, vinyl and cement board siding material, wood trim and shingle roofs.
    • The wood frame, slab on grade buildings include triplexes, townhouses, and garden “flats”
    • Several buildings include porches, decks, and patios
    • Off-street parking, a management office, community room, fitness room, three tot lots and green space.
    • Each apartment includes individually controlled heating and air conditioning, carpeting, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and digital accessibility.
  • Phase II
    • 71 apartment units in 13 residential two to three story wood frame buildings (three each, 12 unit garden style apartments and 37 townhouse units)
    • Site improvements include surface parking and drives, mailboxes, bike racks, tot lots, screened trash areas and decorative pole site lighting.
