The Richford Arms Apartments project entailed the revitalization of a 10-story building comprising 100 units, including 99 preservation units and one undergoing renovation, alongside the addition of a new two-story structure housing six units. Mistick undertook the task of replacing windows, upgrading kitchen and bathroom flooring, and installing new light fixtures and PTAC units. Notably, these renovations were carried out within the occupied building with minimal disruption to residents.
