This three-story, wood-framed building offers 36 units, including 25 single-bedroom and 11 two-bedroom apartments, each with a single bath. The architectural style complements the community, featuring masonry veneer, vinyl siding, and fiber cement panels.
Residents have access to a community room with a full kitchen, as well as storage on every floor. On-site laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor, and tenant storage is provided. Additionally, there's an outdoor area for resident gardening.
