Canonsburg Senior Lofts

The Canonsburg Senior Lofts project involved renovating and adding to a former two-story school building to create affordable senior housing. The renovation included a complete overhaul and a new three-story addition. Each unit offers modern amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, energy-efficient appliances, ceiling fans, central air conditioning, and onsite laundry. The community room features a full-size kitchen, and there are also laundry and exercise facilities. The exterior received restoration, including cleaning and tuck pointing of existing brick, and the addition of cement panels and siding. A rooftop viewing deck was added for residents to enjoy. This housing is designed for individuals aged 62 and over, with a total of 50 units, including 39 one-bedroom and 11 two-bedroom units.
