The Blairsville Housing II project involved the construction of 30 units spread across 15 single-story townhomes. These new homes were designed to seamlessly integrate with TREK's first phase of construction, enhancing the overall cohesion of this Blairsville neighborhood. Ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms, with 4 ADA-compliant units, all residences meet PHFA's visitability standards.
Inside, you will find LVT flooring throughout with rubber baseboards. Each unit contains a fully furnished kitchen featuring all black appliances, including a refrigerator, range, range hood, and dishwasher.
Externally, the buildings are finished with grey vinyl siding with shaker-style red siding accents at the gables and on the side windows. Each town home has energy-efficient windows and attached exterior storage.
The site development encompassed the installation of new sewer systems and two stormwater detention systems. Sidewalks were added on both sides of the street, while fresh landscaping, including large seeded lawns, new shrubbery, and numerous trees enhance the area.
This community was built to Enterprise Green Communities standards and was funded through LIHTC.
