The Grandview at Longwood is part of Longwood at Oakmont, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). As part of Presbyterian SeniorCare, a non-profit network of living and care options for older adults and/or persons with disabilities, it is one of their 55 CCRCs throughout Western Pennsylvania.

Each of the 89 spacious units has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a balcony or sunroom. Finishes have high-end features and fine detail throughout. Other amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness and exercise room.

Grandview at Longwood has received a Silver LEED rating. It is the first senior living apartment building to earn this certification. Its environmentally friendly design includes Energy Star appliances, generous use of natural light and underground storage tanks and bio swales for sustainable landscaping amenities.

The Grandview is a five-story block and plank structure atop a secure, single level, underground parking garage. The exterior façade includes masonry brick veneer, vinyl siding and aluminum trim.
