The Sheptytsky Arms Apartments in Pittsburgh, PA underwent extensive renovations, enhancing 50 units within a 5-story apartment complex tailored for seniors. The project encompassed upgrades to the community room, laundry facilities, corridors, and elevators. Each unit was outfitted with new LVT flooring, Energy Star appliances complementing fresh kitchen cabinets, refinished tubs, updated bathroom vanities, and a fresh coat of paint.

Additionally, Mistick undertook the renovation of 6 units, gutting and reframing them to expand both bathrooms and kitchens, ensuring full ADA compliance. Leveraging the building's well-maintained state, Mistick salvaged and refurbished nearly all apartment and common area doors.

Mechanical enhancements included the installation of new rooftop units and a boiler, along with the integration of two high-efficiency boilers into the plumbing system. Electrical upgrades incorporated a new generator and fixtures throughout. Common area enhancements comprised an office space expansion for the on-site property manager and a dedicated office for the social services coordinator. The community room received a rejuvenated kitchen, elegant herringbone-patterned LVT flooring, enhanced lighting, and new ceiling tiles.

Exterior upgrades showcased an ADA-compliant parking lot, complete with a compliant ramp and sidewalks, alongside a newly constructed retaining wall and revitalized landscaping. The installation of energy-efficient building lighting illuminated the newly resurfaced community pavilion, accentuating the overall transformation of the property.
