The Jeremiah Village project entailed the new construction and redevelopment of a 12-acre site, acting as the gateway to Glade Run's 52-acre campus in Zelienople, PA. The development includes a three-story apartment building with 36 units and 8 single-family cottages. Of these, 30 are one-bedroom units, 13 are two-bedroom units, and 1 is a three-bedroom unit. Out of the 44 units, 37 are designated as Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) units, serving households at or below 60% of the Median Income, while 7 are market-rate apartments. Six units are designed to be handicapped accessible, equipped with features for the hearing and visually impaired. Additionally, 1 unit is exclusively equipped for those with hearing and visual impairments. Seven units are reserved for households including individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and they will receive enhanced supportive services. The houses are clustered around a shared green space, while the apartments open onto a front lawn that integrates with the larger community of Zelienople.
