Phase I of this development encompassed 36 buildings, comprising a total of 90 rental units along with a clubhouse. Offering a diverse range of unit types, it includes 30 two-bedroom units, 49 three-bedroom units, 10 four-bedroom units, and 1 five-bedroom unit, all situated on a slab-on-grade foundation. Ten units are UFAS compliant. The exterior features a mix of limited brick veneer and vinyl siding, and all entries have covered access. Spanning 15 acres, the site required careful distribution of utilities. Roadways were managed by external contractors, resulting in the project being operational ahead of the scheduled completion date.
Phase II – 45 units, $11.2M
This phase includes 45 units distributed across 15 buildings, showcasing a variety of 6 distinct architectural styles. External finishes are characterized by a residential palette, featuring 4” smooth face masonry units, cast stone water table, 4” lap vinyl siding, and asphalt shingle roofs. The porch elements are adorned with circular columns and railing. Notably, all units are constructed to meet Energy Star Standards.

Phase III comprises forty rental units distributed across 13 buildings, showcasing 7 distinct architectural styles.
